Welcome to the Lockheed Martin Leadership Association (LMLA)

LMLA is MFC Dallas' chapter of the National Management Association. LMLA is open to all LMMFC Salaried Dallas employees regardless of level or job title. We offer a variety of activities each year in which you (and on some occasions) and your family may also attend. Attending one event over the next year will be well worth the $75 membership cost. We are also partnering with the National Management Association (NMA) to enhance the employee experience with other Professional Development opportunities. Further, LMLA provides a wonderful opportunity to network with current employees and leaders at LMMFC Dallas, stay up to date on current industry topics and spend time with fellow members or past colleagues.
